Functional units such as the feeder, the sewer saddle and the sewing mechanism are preassembled with utmost care and tested separately. All flat and long parts are accurately straightened before being fitted on the machine. Electrical systems for all Meccanotecnica machines and automatic lines are also assembled in-house in order to ensure total quality control. Once complete, each machine is subjected to a thorough final test at maximum speed using various types of signatures.
