All our parts are produced in-house using fully automated CNC machine centers, laser cutter, and metal folding machines. Parts directly responsible for sewing quality, such as the needle bar, are manufactured to a tollerance of few hundredths of a millimeter. Much attention is also paid to the choice of materials, many of which are subject to special treatment. Commercially available components are bought from the best suppliers that can be found on the international market.
