The Uniplex is Meccanotecnica’s smallest line for gathering and sewing. It is ideally suited for the production of sewn books composed of up to twelve signatures such as diaries, children's books and art catalogues.
The Uniplex line is a combination of an MX gathering machine and an Aster sewing machine. The gathering machine can have six, nine or twelve loading stations. The sewing machine can be an Aster 180C, an Aster 180 or an Aster 180/51.
The MX gathering machine, equipped with colour touch-screen monitors, is offered as a three-station module (picture on the left) or as a four-station module (picture on the right).
The Uniplex line is designed and entirely manufactured by Meccanotecnica S.p.A. Utmost care is taken during assembly by experienced engineers.
